CARE + SAFETY

Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep. Candles should not burn longer than four hours at a time. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains in the vessel. Always trim your wick before each burn.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Thursdays will ship on the following Monday, excluding US holidays. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. Please note that USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays. We are unable to offer expedited shipping options at this time.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@barewickstudio.com to replace the product, or store credit.
